Why can’t I send messages?
If you have having trouble sending messages, first check to see if there is an error message, and make sure you have entered all the required information.
Entering Chinese Characters
When you are sending message using the Contact Supplier button, do not enter Chinese characters if the system instructs you.
Security Code Does Not Appear
If the security code does not appear, make sure your browser is set to display images,
then try again. If you enter the wrong security code don’t worry, you will be able to try again.
Nothing happens when clicking the Send or Submit buttons
